At 21st Fleet Foundation inc. Historically formed in 2007 in Oakland California working with youth initially interested in creating music. Teaching youth aspects to making music by writing, reading, recording, using sound booths making C.D.s.
21" Fleet Foundation inc. has teamed up with many nonprofit organizations over the years, teamwork is how we motivate by bringing the entire community together.

InYoFaceFilm.Com is a major partner LLC, teaming with21st Fleet Foundation Inc., decades. Now in 2025 one key motivation is to create a Movie based on a book called 1619 The Transformation of America written by DARRYL SMITH.

21* Fleet Foundation Inc. over the past decade has also teamed with another nonprofit organization, The Black Neighborhood AKA (TBN) every November prior to Thanksgiving we pass out 400 frozen Turkeys, The Black Neighborhood executive officers, Cory Elliott, Kimani Elliott are great organizers bringing the Community together with Neighborhood walks, scholarships, and Yearly planning such as Toy Giveaway pre-Christmas. Amazing.

Long Term Project 2025 thru 2028 21″ Fleet Foundation Inc. is Creating a Task Environmentally Beneficial to Community Witdlife and Neighborhood Beautification.

The Project, East Shore Low Tide Water Recycle Project along The Eastshore Trait of Et Cerrito, and Richmond Ca. 94804. Stretching estimated 20-mile Marshland inhabited by many Wildlife Birds, and  Animals along the beautiful scenic marshland trail overlooking San Francisco City and Bridges. The goal is to Enhance water quality and Aquatic Habitats through Community-Driven Deris Removal.

Restore Native Vegetation along the Waterways to Support Biodiversity.

Improve Public Access and Provide Educational Opportunities to Foster Environmental Stewardships.

Increase Climate Resilience through Nature-Based Solutions, such as Wetland Restoration.

The Project Aligns with The Coastal Conservancy’s Priorities, supporting Climate Resilience, Public Access, and Natural Resource Conservation.

The low tide water recycle project is a long term operation using community resources to educate youth and adult neighborhood folks starting at the Booker T Anderson Community Center holding classes with accredited educators teaching about local wildlife habitat along the East Shore Trail Line, how to protect environment, while maintaining impact on the environmental through constant debris cleanup with help from the community recreation department, and health and safety for Contra Costa County,

21st Fleet Foundation Inc. aims to unite neighborhoods, starting with Contra Costa County along the East Shore Trail Line, and partnering with Alameda County to facilitate changes.
The Low Tide Revitalization Project will take several years, fostering community cooperation in waste collection education. We will diligently work with neighbors at East Shore Trail to restore and beautify the trail.
Project Scope And Activities:
Year 1: Planning and conducting community workshops to identify priorities and finalize the project design.
Year 2: Implementing habitat restoration, enhancing public access, and organizing volunteer-led cleanup events.
Increasing the number of youth volunteers can speed up activity completion by six months annually, with daily monitoring and evaluation.
Expected Outcomes and Benefits:
Restoration of approximately 20 miles of East Shore Trail coastline riparian habitat annually, along with improvements in water quality metrics. Environmental benefits include the removal of plastics, Styrofoam, cans, metals, wood, and pounds of debris.

The 21st Fleet Foundation Inc. has partnered with other nonprofits in the Bay Area for several years. We focus on community health, beautification, cleanup, and supporting youth and seniors. In Richmond, CA, our efforts are concentrated on the diverse Eastshore Neighborhood along San Francisco Bay. Booker T Anderson Community Center, 960 47th Street, Richmond, CA. 94804.
21st Fleet Foundation Inc.” The Eastshore Park Boys” host an annual event every second Saturday in August. This year’s event is on August 9, 2025. Join us for a community celebration with live music, free food, entertainment, jumpers, cotton candy, popcorn, icees, BBQ ribs, hamburgers, chicken, and various snacks. Free, Free, Free.
21st Fleet Foundation Inc., in collaboration with Save America’s Youth (S.A.Y.), is hosting a youth basketball tournament at Booker T Anderson Community Center on Saturday, August 9, 2025. “Eastshore Park Boys” and the Eastshore Park Warriors teams, ages 10 to 14, will participate. Coached by Solomon Irvin of (S.A.Y.)
Anticipation 2025, 2026, 21st Fleet Foundation Inc. is collaborating with RSG Foundation Coach Robert Spider Gains to establish the Eastshore Park Baseball Team.
